Ingredients:
For the batter:
- 1 and 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
For garnishing on top:
- chocolate syrup
- 4-5 sliced strawberries (or your preferred fruits)

Instructions:
Step 1:
Dry ingredients. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt into a medium bowl. Mix them until well combined.
Step 2:
Put the 1 cup of milk in another bowl and add 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Whisk well.
Step 3:
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Whisk them together until it becomes smooth. Next, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence. Mix again.
Step 4:
Heat a pan and add butter. Once the butter is melted, pour the chocolate batter into the pan using a spoon or scoop. Let it cook for a few minutes, once you see it bubbling flip it to the other side. Let the other side cook for a few seconds and remove from the pan. Continue cooking for the remaining batter.
Step 5:
