Next, add 1 28 oz can of chopped tomatoes and 1 28 oz can of tomato sauce. Mix well then simmer. (You can taste test the sauce at this point.) Add a pinch of sugar and basil for extra flavor. Cover it up and let it simmer for 30-45 minutes; stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Put salt in a pot with boiling water then add the spaghetti pasta. In a bowl, put 1/4 cup of sour cream, 5 oz of Boursin garlic and herbs, and a half cup of shredded parmesan cheese. Mix well. Next, add some Italian seasoning and a bit of chopped-up parsley. Taste it and adjust the flavor to your preference. Lastly, add in 2 grated fresh cloves of garlic. Shred some cheese. (up to you what cheese you prefer). Bring out a casserole dish and start layering. Put one thin of the meat sauce at the bottom, then add the rest of the sauce into the pasta. Mix it. After this, layer the spaghetti into the casserole, spreading it evenly across. Next, layer the sour cream on top of the spaghetti followed by the shredded cheese.
