Chopped up 1 green bell pepper and 1 white onion into pieces. In a pot, put some oil then add the chopped bell pepper and onion followed by a few red pepper flakes. Season with a good amount of all-purpose seasoning. Saute in medium heat. After 2-3 minutes, begin adding the 1 lb of ground beef and 1 lb of mild Italian sausage. Break up the meat using a spatula, then season with a bit of all-purpose seasoning and Italian seasoning. Mix it and cook for about 4-5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add 1 tbsp of tomato paste and garlic. Mix it well. Add 1/4 cup of dry red wine (this is optional). Increase the heat to medium-high just to burn off the alcohol then mix well. Next, add 1 28 oz can of chopped tomatoes and 1 28 oz can of tomato sauce. Mix well then simmer. (You can taste test the sauce at this point.) Add a pinch of sugar and basil for extra flavor. Cover it up and let it simmer for 30-45 minutes; stirring occasionally.

Put salt in a pot with boiling water then add the spaghetti pasta. In a bowl, put 1/4 cup of sour cream, 5 oz of Boursin garlic and herbs, and a half cup of shredded parmesan cheese. Mix well. Next, add some Italian seasoning and a bit of chopped-up parsley. Taste it and adjust the flavor to your preference. Lastly, add in 2 grated fresh cloves of garlic. Shred some cheese. (up to you what cheese you prefer). Bring out a casserole dish and start layering. Put one thin of the meat sauce at the bottom, then add the rest of the sauce into the pasta. Mix it. After this, layer the spaghetti into the casserole, spreading it evenly across. Next, layer the sour cream on top of the spaghetti followed by the shredded cheese. Lastly, layer in the remaining spaghetti pasta, some more sauce, and shredded cheese on top. Place it in a preheated oven of 375 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes. After 30 minutes, pull out the baked spaghetti and garnish it with some freshly chopped parsley.
