This cheeseburger tacos recipe is nothing like you’ve ever seen before. I’ve tried it, and it’s definitely good. I can see why people love this simple and quick dish. Get some raw ground beef and press on the tortilla. Evenly spread it out in a thin layer with your hands.
Season it with all-purpose seasoning and steak dry rub.
Preheat your grill to medium heat, then spread some oil. Once hot, put the burger tortilla right in the middle, burger side down. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes, then flip to the other side. Add grated cheese on top and let them melt for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add chopped lettuce and pickles on top, then drizzle yellow mustard on top. Serve and enjoy!
