This recipe by Sweet Adjeley is the best beef and vegetable stir fry I have ever tried. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, they still had that nice crunch, and the meat was so tender! It’s a dish full of wonderful flavors. Serve it for lunch or dinner with rice for a complete meal.

Prepare the meat. Cut them into small pieces. Make sure to cut alongside the grain.
Place the meat slices into the bowl. Add baking soda and water then mix them together. Let it soak for about 5 minutes. Once done, strain and wash the meat. Leave it on the strainer for 5 minutes to let the water strain.
Place the beef slices into a clean bowl. Add salt, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything until well incorporated. Cover and let the meat marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes or overnight.
Stir the thickener ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Add oil, broccoli, and cauliflower into a hot wok. Season with all-purpose seasoning. Stir and fry for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add a little bit of water to steam it quickly. Remove and set aside.
Clean the wok and add more coconut oil. Add the meat and saute on high-heat until nicely cooked. Make sure not to overcrowd your pan. Remove and set aside.
Add coconut oil, ginger, garlic, habanero peppers, and carrots. Stir fry for a minute. Next, add the rest of the vegetables and stir fry for another minute. Season with a little bit of all-purpose seasoning. Add the cauliflower and broccoli and stir everything together.
Add the beef and thickener to the vegetables. Stir and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle a little bit of seasme oil and spring onions. Stir and turn the fire off.
Serve and enjoy!
