Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash the chicken very well and trim off excess fat. Place them in a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Set them aside.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the seasonings on the chicken and pat it lightly to make them stick. Do the same on all sides. Once done, arrange them in a single layer and place half a tablespoon of butter on top of each chicken.
Place the drumsticks in the preheated oven and roast them for about 30 to 45 minutes. Make sure to check the internal temperature for 170 to 175 Fahrenheit. The chicken will be cooked and juicy at this temperature. Once done, remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
