I am a big fan of yogurt and enjoy eating it daily. It is good for our health as it is packed with nutrients and probiotics. It has been especially helpful for my digestive problems. However, the sour taste can be a bit overwhelming if consumed every day, so I am always looking for new yogurt recipes. One of my favorites is this berry frozen yogurt bark. It is easy to make and bursting with amazing flavors.
To prepare the bark, you’ll need to mix mashed raspberries, Greek yogurt, and honey. For the toppings, you can add strawberries, dark chocolate chunks, and crushed pistachios for extra flavor and crunch. This recipe is customizable, so feel free to add your favorite toppings.

For the toppings:
Add 1 cup of raspberries to a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to the mashed raspberries. Mix until well combined.
Line a plate with parchment paper then spread the mixture. Spread the sliced strawberries, dark chocolate chunks, and crushed pistachios on top.
Freeze for a few hours or until set. Once frozen, break it into small pieces.
Let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
