To start, lay the 2 x 10 ft boards upside down and set the concrete blocks on top where you want them on the boards. Next, apply construction adhesive to the small piece of wood (2 x 4 scraps) and then slide it down into the concrete block hole (to fill as much of the hole as possible). Repeat these steps for all four holes.
Apply a bead of glue around the concrete block and glue the two blocks together. Do this on both sides. Once done, leave the glue to set for 24 hours. After this, flip the bench and place it where you want.
