I first had this a few years ago in a restaurant. It was delicious and addicting, but I remember it was quite expensive. I loved it so much and even told my sister to make it at home the following day. I had already forgotten about this dish until I saw this baked buffalo cauliflower bites recipe by Clean & Delicious. Of course, I made it right away, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to be. The flavors and texture were fantastic. It has a crunch on the outside that I absolutely like. Plus, it’s cheaper than the ones in the restaurant! Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

Preheat your oven to 450F.
In a large bowl, add 1 cup of white whole wheat flour, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix everything until smooth.
Add the cauliflower florets and stir gently until they are well coated with batter.
Grease a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, then arrange the cauliflower in a single layer. Make sure the pan is not overcrowded. You can use two pans if one is not enough. Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
In a separate mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of hot sauce and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Mix until well combined. Pour it evenly over the cauliflower and gently toss until everything is coated well.
Place back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the florets begin to crisp up. Once done, remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate. Serve with sliced carrots, celery, and blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
