This recipe has my mouth watering just thinking about it. Bailey’s cheesecake? Yum! The Busy Baker shared her recipe for an easy no-bake Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake, and it is delicious. I will definitely be making this for all St. Patrick’s Day parties. You could even add some green food coloring to it for an extra St. Patrick’s Day something.

Ingredients Needed For This Recipe:

  • Oreos
  • Butter
  • Baileys
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Cream Cheese

For the full recipe measurements, check out the description box of The Busy Baker’s YouTube video down below.

Directions:

Step One

In a bowl, mix your crushed Oreos with melted butter. Once you’ve thoroughly mixed the Oreo and butter, spread this around your cheesecake pan. This will be your cheesecake crust, so you’ll want to make sure you get the crust up on the sides. bit as well. Making sure the sides are slightly crusted will help ensure that the pie sets well.
