Preheat your oven to 356 degrees F.
In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and sugar. Whisk to combine all ingredients.
Create a well in the center of the dry mixture, then add the eggs, milk, and oil. Whisk the wet ingredients, then fold the mixture together. Be sure not to over-mix the batter.
Dice two apples into small pieces and place them inside a bowl. Add cinnamon and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Mix all of the ingredients well. Once done, set aside.
