  • 1/2 cup of slivered almonds (toasted and finely ground)
  • 1 cup of butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar (divided)
  • 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Almond Snowball Cookies

Step 1:

In the bowl of your stand mixer, add 1 cup of softened butter and whisk until creamy. Alternatively, you can use a bowl and a handheld mixer.

Step 2:

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Whisk until well combined.
