There might even be a situation where you would almost forget about it because it’s such a busy day. But you can avoid those kinds of mishaps now when you follow and try any of these quick and easy Christmas cookie recipes! The next thing you’ll be worrying about is which one should you try because all of them are incredibly adorable and tasty. Ingredients:

Shortbread Blossoms

  • 2 cups Flour, all-purpose
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tbs Milk
  • Colorful sprinkles of your choice
  • Hershey’s kisses

Toffee Bars

  • 1 package Honey graham crackers
  • 5 regular sized Hershey’s bars
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Light brown sugar
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped

Cake Batter Cookies

  • 15oz box Yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles

Crockpot Chocolate Peanut Candy

  • 2 lbs White almond bark
  • 4oz Baker’s German chocolate bar
  • 12oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 24oz Dry roasted peanuts
  • Optional: Sprinkle for topping decoration

Classic M&M Cookies

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 ½ cups M&M’S

Directions:

Shortbread Blossoms

In a large bowl, put the all-purpose flour, salt, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk, then mix until it turns into a large ball. Scoop small balls and roll them between your palms then dip in sprinkles. Bake it in a preheated 350° oven for 13-15 minutes. Stick and lightly press kisses on top of the cookies.

Toffee Bars

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and layer the graham crackers at the bottom. In a pot, heat and melt the butter completely before adding the sugar and chopped pecans, bring it to a full boil for about 5 minutes while stirring consistently. Pour on top of the graham crackers then spread evenly. Bake it in a preheated 350° oven for 7 minutes, then layer the chocolate bars on top and cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil. Let it sit for a least 10 minutes to melt the chocolate bars on top. Spread the melted chocolate bars evenly with a spatula, let the chocolate harden before breaking the toffee bars into small pieces and serving.

Cake Batter Cookies

In a bowl, pour the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix it until well-combined, then cover it with a cling wrap before chilling it for at least an hour. Spray your cookie sheet and place the scooped doughs, then sprinkle on top. Bake it in a preheated 350° oven for 10-12 minutes.

Crockpot Chocolate Peanut Candy

Get your slow cooker and put the almond bark, German chocolate bar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and dry roasted peanut. Let it cook on a low setting for an hour. Give it a good stir then cook for an additional 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Line the counter with wax paper and scoop the chocolate mixture onto the wax paper. Let it harden for about 15-20 minutes before serving.

Classic M&M Cookies

Pour the sugars, softened butter, and vegetable oil onto a bowl, then mix them until they are well-combined. Add eggs and beat until the dough turns fluffy, add salt, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, and all-purpose flour. Once the ingredients are fully combined, pour the m&ms and mix it for a little bit. Spray your cookie sheet then scoop the dough and place some more m&ms on top. Bake it in a preheated 350° oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turned golden brown.
