Who doesn’t love Almond Joy candy bars? I recently found this Almond Joy cheesecake video tutorial by Delish, on YouTube, and I knew I had to make one for my family. Everyone around my house loves Almond Joy bars and they are going to love this cheesecake, especially because the cheesecake has an Oreo crust. This cheesecake is super easy to make and the coconut and almond toppings look amazing!
Ingredients For Almond Joy Cheesecake:
For The Oreo Crust:
- 24 whole Oreos
- 6 tablespoons of melted butter
- A pinch of salt
For The Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8 ounce) bars of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt
For The Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
- 3/4 cups of heavy cream
- 2 cups sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds

You can crush the Oreo cookies in the food processor or put the cookies in a zip lock bag and crush, then add your melted butter and a pinch of salt.
Then, you fill the crust with the cheesecake mixture and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Then cover the top with your homemade chocolate ganache, then you will decorate the top with shredded coconut and almonds.
