This citrus spray is fermented for 3 to 4 weeks to really bring out the enzymes. The enzyme cleaning action will cut through grease and grime like nothing else, this is a fabulous cleaner.

Then you will leave the jar for 3 to 4 weeks and strain out the liquid into a spray bottle. You can add more fruit peels and vinegar to make more mixture. This is something you can always keep going.
