Ingredients:

  • 14.75 oz canned salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • lemon wedges and tartar sauce (for serving)

Directions:

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine 14.75 oz canned salmon, one cracked large egg, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1/2 tsp dried dill, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, and 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional). Mix everything until well combined.

Step 2

Next, grease your air fryer basket with some nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Now, shape the salmon mixture into four equal-size patties and place them in the greased air fryer basket.
