This air fryer ribs recipe by TipBuzz on YouTube is a simple recipe that can be made in less than 30 minutes. I love cooking everything in my air fryer because it cooks it fast and still keeps the meat tender. The air fryer does give the outer skin a little if a crisp, and the sweet barbecue sauce adds a nice touch to the ribs to keep them moist. The benefit of cooking ribs in the air fryer is that they cook faster than traditional slow cook ones on the grill or the oven. This is a great recipe because there’s not a lot to do besides making the sauce and rub. Serve these ribs with a side of mac and cheese or potatoes.

Ribs and Dry Rub:

  • 3 pounds baby back pork ribs (1 rack)
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Sweet and Sticky BBQ Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

First, remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Cut the rack of ribs into 2-3 sections so that it can fit into your air fryer basket. Then, make the spice rub and pat it onto the ribs on all sides.
