Place the ground chicken in a bowl. Add the Boursin garlic or herb cheese, grated onion, parsley, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
Season the ground chicken with all-purpose seasoning, jerk seasoning, and chicken bouillon powder. Next, add 2 beaten eggs and 1.5 to 2 cups of breadcrumbs to bind the ingredients. Give it a good mix using your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. Let it chill for about 30 minutes.
Place a skillet over heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Next, add 1 cup of barbecue sauce, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Stir well. After that, add jerk paste. Mix again, and adjust the flavor based on your preference. Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes while continuously stirring.
For the ground beef into balls then place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Warm your air fryer, then grease the basket with cooking spray. Place the meatballs in – make sure there is enough space between them—Cook at 350 degrees F for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Warm your sauce over medium heat. Add the cooked meatballs and baste them with the sauce.
