You can still have the fried foods you love without the guilt, and that is amazing.

Ingredients For Air Fryer Homemade Onion Rings:

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil spray (olive is best)
