Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Do you love grilled cheese? Me too! That melted gooeyness inside the bread is just pure heaven. Who would say no to this delicious snack? Probably just the lactose-intolerant people. Here is a new way to make them at home – fast and easy! Give this air fryer grilled cheese sandwich recipe by Casual Cooking a try and be amazed how this simple snack can taste so delicious. Ingredients:

•  2 slices of bread
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• mayonnaise
• 2 cheese slices

Instructions:

Step 1:

Place the bread on a plate. Then melt your butter on the stove or you can microwave it. Once melted, spread the butter on one side of each piece of bread using a brush. Then flip the bread over and put mayonnaise on each slice of bread (only on the op side not on the side with butter).

Step 2:

Flip one slice of bread over so that the side with butter is facing up. Next, add the slices of cheese. Then put the other slice of bread with the butter side down.

Step 3:

For easier cleaning, you can put aluminum foil in the basket of your air fryer. Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F. Once heated, place the sandwich inside the basket and cook for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, flip it over and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. Check it to see if it’s done, as it will toast fast depending on the amount of mayo you used on the bread. Once done, remove from the air fryer then slice diagonally. Enjoy!
