What I like about this recipe is that it’s quick to make with an air fryer – just perfect for busy mornings with my family. You can also customize this by adding your favorite berries! I like mine with lots of strawberries and blueberries, and I always drizzle more honey once it’s done air frying. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 large egg, 2 tbsp honey, and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix until well combined, then set aside. Next, press down the middle of the bread using a spoon to create an indentation to hold the custard mix. After this, place the bread in the air fryer basket and spoon some of the custard mix over each bread.
