Do you love eating chips? Me too – I love trying different flavors, from cheese, barbecue, sour cream, or even nori-flavored ones. They are all amazing, especially when dipped in a good sauce! With that being said, I was delighted when I found this air fryer crunchy pasta chips recipe by The Foodie’s Avenue on Youtube. I tried it, and it turned out so good! It has the right flavors and spice that I always crave. Plus, it’s super crunchy! If you want to make this at home, keep on reading, or you can watch the video below. Enjoy!
Fill a saucepan or pot with water, then place in the heat. Add some salt and let it boil. Once the water is boiling, put the rigatoni pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package. Once done, remove from the water and place in a bowl.
Pour some olive oil into the pasta and mix using a spoon. Next, sprinkle some salt, oregano, and paprika. You can also add parmesan cheese or other seasonings to add flavors to your pasta chips. Mix all ingredients well. Adjust the seasonings based on your preference.
Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until crispy. If you don’t have an air fryer you can use your oven. Place the coated rigatoni pasta into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread them in one layer, then place them inside the oven at 400 degrees F. Bake for about 14 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer or oven, you can deep fry them in vegetable oil until they are golden and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer, then place in a bowl. Now you have homemade chips. Enjoy!
