This air fryer cheesy zucchini chip recipe by LiveLifeLori on YouTube is a healthy chip recipe that only requires 4 ingredients. These remind me of fried pickles, and they’re light and airy for an easy snack. I love how air fryers make vegetables crispy so fast instead of frying it into the oil. The nutrition from zucchini chips is a great way to eat your vegetables if it’s hard for you to eat them. Plus, I love how there’s a light batter on these without a thick flour crust. I’ve never made zucchini chips before, but I would love to try this for myself because cooked zucchini can be soggy. I usually try to avoid zucchini because it gets soft when I stir fry them on a pan. Also, these zucchini chips are low-carb and gluten-free.
First, chop the zucchinis into small thin slices. Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, and mix around with a spoon or by tossing it around to ensure the coating gets evenly spread.
Next, put the zucchini slices into the air fryer, but do not let the pieces touch. Then, cook at 390F for about 5-7 minutes.
Dip the zucchini chips with ranch or have them alone, but they are healthy air-fried snacks. I never thought about making zucchini chips, but anything fried and crispy is a favorite. Also, I think this would be nice to have with a meal instead of fries. Plus this is a vegan snack, and you can add other spices to cater to your tastebuds. I would add cayenne pepper to the zucchini slices because I love spicy.
