I have never thought of making a baked potato in an air fryer, until today. I found this video recipe tutorial for air fryer baked potatoes by Melanie Cooks, on YouTube, and I was so excited about this awesome idea. When you make a potato in the microwave, the potato will turn out fluffy on the inside but can be soft on the outside. Now what we love about most baked potatoes is the fact that they have a crispy crust on the outside and have a soft fluffy texture on the inside, and you can achieve that in an air fryer and your cooking time will be about the same as the microwave method. I just love this method of cooking baked potatoes in the air fryer.
