Place your chicken in a container or chopping board and drizzle some olive oil. Massage it well until it’s well coated. This will help the seasonings to stick to the chicken.
In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Sprinkle the combined seasonings on your oiled chicken on both sides. Make sure to generously season each chicken thigh.
Get the basket of the air fryer and place the coated chicken skin side down.
Cook for about 18 to 20 minutes at 385F. After 10 minutes, pull the basket. The skin side should be a little bit browned. Flip all the chicken thighs and cook for another 10 minutes to let the other side fry.
After 20 minutes, it should be crispy, juicy, and brown. Next, make the lemon pepper sauce. In a bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of parsley, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning. Mix everything together until well combined.
Brush the chicken with the lemon pepper seasoning. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
