Landscape painting is something I have always wanted to do but had always thought it was too difficult to even attempt because I don’t really draw very well and I felt intimidated by the whole process. However, I stumbled upon this abstract painting tutorial by SurajFineArts and on Youtube, and my opinion completely changed because Suraj makes abstract landscape painting look so easy. The actual painting in the tutorial is done in primary colors, but I think it would be very interesting to use forest tones of moss green and brown. I couldn’t wait to start this project, so I went to Michael’s Craft Store to get my fine art supplies. You must remember to use your Michael’s coupon that can be found online by simply typing in Michael’s coupons into your browser. You will pull up the coupons of the day and the cashier will just scan your phone. They will not tell you but you can also stack coupons, so tell the cashier to scan them all. The coupons are really important when you are buying fine art supplies because they can be a bit pricy.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
