This grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich recipe by totikky tikky on YouTube takes a simple classic sandwich into a more filling and healthy sandwich. I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches because they’re easy to make if I don’t want something heavy. It’s a light snack to have in the morning or throughout the day. There’s protein from the peanut butter and fiber from the bread and banana. Sometimes I like to add chia seeds on top of my banana for extra fiber. Plus, chia seeds keep me full too. I haven’t had this sandwich in so long and it inspired me to make it again. Also, it’s an inexpensive sandwich to make and pack for your children too.

Overall, I love melted peanut butter so this is a great recipe to make that’s a great midday snack or for a quick breakfast. A quicker way to make this sandwich is by toasting the bread slices in the toaster. Then, spreading the peanut butter immediately when the bread is hot so it can melt, and add the banana slices on one slice. However, grilling it on the pan seem to be better because it melts the toast more and it’s warm all around.
