This red velvet Christmas truffles by yoyomax12 on YouTube is a cake pop but without the sticks. These sweet treats are nice to add to your cookie platter or to gift for other people. I’ve never made cake pops before because I thought it would be hard to make, but it’s easier than I thought. There are many bakeries that sell cake pop or truffles for an expensive price, but you can make homemade ones at a less cost. These Christmas truffles look so perfect, and they’re one of my favorite treats whenever we have a Christmas party. I want to make them because you can be creative.
First, prepare the cake according to the package directions but adding the cocoa and the food colouring and mixing before pouring into the cake pan. Let it cool after baking, then crumble the cake into a large bowl and add the icing and stir until mixed.

Note: let it cool completely on the counter because if they’re in the freezer, the chocolate coating will crack. They are so easy to make with only a few ingredients.
