Italian food is one of my favorites because of the carbs and cheese. I love lasagna and this lasagna bites recipe by In The Kitchen With Gina Young is so easy to follow along with and make. I think Italian food is one of the easiest types of food to make because it’s boiling the premade pasta, mixing sauces and meat together. Fried lasagna bites sound amazing and wholesome. I think it would have a nice cheesiness in the middle with a flavorful outer crunch layer. This is a unique idea, but I’ve never heard of it before. I think this would be fun to make because it’s so simple and it reminds me of mozzarella sticks. Everything that is fried tastes a lot better, and I think a lot of my friends would be impressed if I made this.

Next, freeze the lasagna bites for about 35 minutes. Then, get your beaten eggs and ground-up panko ready to bread the lasagna bites. Dip the lasagna bites in the flour, eggs and panko crumbs. Work quickly so the lasagna bites do not thaw.

Overall, the lasagna bites look like a great appetizer and I would definitely have a side of marinara sauce to go along with.
