It requires no baking at all and it’s very delicious, I bet you wouldn’t be able to stop eating until it’s all gone. The only difficult part in making this fudge is the waiting time because each layer has to be fully set before you can proceed, but other than that, I’d say this one is a pretty easy recipe.

Ingredients for Candy Corn Fudge:

  • 3 cups of white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of marshmallow creme
  • Food coloring, yellow and orange
  • ½ cup of candy corn

Step 1

Fill a saucepan halfway with water, then bring it to a simmer, and place a large glass mixing bowl over it making sure it doesn’t touch the water. Add the white chocolate chips, unsalted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract, then stir them around until melted and combined, and then remove the bowl from the saucepan.

Step 2

Add the marshmallow creme and give them a good mix until incorporated, then divide the mixture into 3 bowls evenly, and add orange food coloring to one of the bowls and yellow to the other leaving the last bowl as is. Make sure to mix each mixture in the bowls well until incorporated, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and pour the orange fudge layer spreading it smoothly and evenly.

Step 3

Place it in the refrigerator, then let it sit for about 1 hour or in the freezer for 20 minutes until hard enough, and then pour the yellow layer over it. Put it back in the fridge to freeze for another 20 minutes or chill for 1 hour, then pour the white layer on top, and press down the candy corns gently. Place the fudge in the fridge to chill for about 2 hours or overnight, then cut it into bars, and serve. Enjoy!
