Tiramisu is a classic layered treat that requires no baking at all and there are a lot of flavors and versions that you can try. But, if you want something simple and classic, then I suggest you opt for fruit-flavored ones just like this super creamy peach tiramisu by Cookist Wow on YouTube.

Like any other tiramisu, this version is just as easy to prepare and you can even make it ahead of time if you’re planning to serve this the next day for a party, gathering, or cookout. You can also add more toppings that you want to make this peach tiramisu even more delicious.
Topping (optional)
Step 1
Place the egg yolks and whites in separate mixing bowls, then beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, and set it aside.
Step 2
In the bowl of egg yolks, add the sugar, then beat them over high speed until light and frothy, and add the mascarpone in 2 batches making sure to beat well in between each addition.
Step 3
Add the beaten white eggs to the egg yolk mixture in batches, then fold from the bottom up using a spatula, and then add the chopped peaches.
Step 4
Continue to fold them in until evenly distributed, then spread a layer of the cream mixture on the bottom of a baking dish, and set it aside.
Step 5
Pour the milk into a large container, then soak the ladyfingers, and place a layer of them on top of the cream filling.
Step 6
Repeat the layers with the remaining cream filling and ladyfingers making sure to finish with a layer of cream, then place it in the refrigerator, and let the tiramisu chill for at least 2 hours.
Step 7
Garnish the tiramisu with more peach slices and crushed amaretti biscuits, then serve, and enjoy!
