This dinner recipe only requires a few ingredients. Others prefer seasoning their salmon with just salt and black pepper, which is fine, but if you want it to be flavorful, use this seasoning mix. It is a mixture of butter, lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, paprika, and parsley.
Serve it with asparagus, green beans, crispy potatoes, white rice, or casseroles.
In a small bowl, combine old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Juice two lemons and place them in a bowl. Add two tablespoons of unsalted butter and stir to mix.
Add the seasonings and some of the chopped parsley to the butter-lemon mixture. Stir to combine.
Place your salmon in a large bowl and pour the marinade. Gently rub it into the salmon to coat.
Grab your baking dish and spray it with cooking spray. Place the seasoned salmon. Make sure they are spaced apart.
Place the salmon in the oven and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes. Once done baking, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve and enjoy!
