Note: you also need popsicle sticks
Blend all the ingredients for the yellow mixture in a blender or food processor. Transfer to a bowl and pop in the freezer while you make the other colors. Rinse the blender or food processor after each color. Add them into different bowls.
Cover a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with three layers of cling wrap.
Get spoons for each color. Dollop different colors into the loaf pan. Do it one by one to add contrast. Once done, give the loaf pan a tap to spread the mixture. Using a knife or skewer, do a quick swirl. Cover it with aluminum foil.
Measure an inch in from the edge and 3 cm in between each popsicle. Score the foil with a knife to make a slit and insert the popsicle stick. Place in the freezer overnight. Slice in between the popsicles and in between. Serve and enjoy!
