Step 1
Cut the cabbage in half, then cut into ¼ inch thick strips, and set them aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the green onions, bell pepper, and garlic, then peel the carrot into thin strips over the same bowl, and set them aside.
Step 2
Place a nonstick skillet on a stove over high heat, then add the cooked and shredded meat, and cook it for about 5 minutes or until very hot and a brown crust forms, add oil to the pan as needed.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked meat to the bowl of veggies and give them a good toss to combine, then add 2 tablespoons of oil to the same pan, and turn the heat to high. Add in the cabbage along with some salt, then give them a good stir, and cook until it starts to soften and brown but make sure it’s still crunchy.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and add the cabbage to the bowl followed by the black pepper, Sriracha, and rice vinegar, then toss everything nicely to combine, and mix in the cilantro. Adjust the seasoning to taste as needed, then serve garnished with green onion slices, and enjoy!
