In a container, add one cup of water and two tablespoons of coffee powder. Mix until dissolved.
Transfer the mixture to a glass container, then pour the oil. You can use new cooking oil or used cooking oil. Just remember that it may smell when you use old cooking oil. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Take the aluminum cap and make a hole in the center using a nail and hammer.
Insert the wick into the hole of the aluminum cap. Make sure it does not go all the way through. Place the cap with the wick on top of the oil. It should float on top.
Light the candle and place it in areas where you see mosquitoes and insects.
