These chicken tenders are so flavorful and the secret behind that is the seasoning blend. It is a mixture of paprika spice blend, lemon pepper seasoning, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. They are so delicious, especially when dipped into your favorite sauce.
Serve your chicken tenders with broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, mashed potatoes, collard greens, corn, mac and cheese, fries, rice, and more.
In a large bowl, add the paprika spice blend, lemon pepper seasoning, dried parsley, salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
This step is optional. Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders. Get a small piece of paper towel and a fork. Use the paper towel to hold the end of the tendon, then hold the fork with your other hand. Insert the tendon in between the tines of the fork then slide it toward the other side. Place the chicken tenders in the bowl, then pour the olive oil. Mix until they are well coated.
Sprinkle the seasoning blend. Mix until well incorporated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the tenderloins on the prepared sheet in a single layer.
Bake the chicken tender in a preheated oven at 400F for about 15 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Once done baking, let them rest for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
