Cook the pasta in boiling slated water until al dente according to package instructions.
Add the chicken in a mixing bowl and sprinkle cajun spice over the chicken. Toss to coat.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken and cook until it is cooked halfway through.
Add the peppers, onions, and shrimp into the same pan. Cook until the shrimp is half way done. Add the garlic, then season with kosher salt, ground black pepper, and a little more cajun spice. Mix until well combined.
Add the diced tomatoes and pour the chicken-seafood broth. Gently stir until well combined. Cook until the chicken and shrimp is done, and the vegetables are tender.
Pour the sauce over the pasta. Serve and enjoy!
