Glaze:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and grease your casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set it aside. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, then add the chopped ham. Cook until nice and crispy. After cooking, transfer the cooked ham to a large mixing bowl, then add 1 block of cream cheese, 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese, 8 oz of shredded Swiss cheese, and some chopped green onions. Season with 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything well until combined.
Spread the crescent rolls and cut them long ways in half. Now, take a tablespoon of the mixture, and place it on the large end of the triangle. Repeat this on all the triangles. Once done, start rolling them all the way to the tip, then place them onto the prepared casserole dish. Set aside for a while while you prep the glaze. Add 1/2 cup melted butter in a medium bowl followed by 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tbsp poppy seeds. Whisk well, then drizzle it all over the rolled crescent rolls. Pop it into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
