Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (the dough sheet)
  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Next, flour a silicone baking mat and roll out the dough sheet. Flour the top a little bit, then thin it out using a rolling pin. After this, divide it into 24 equal pieces and place each square into each muffin cup. Next, transfer a can of cranberry sauce to a bowl, then add a tablespoon in the center of each dough.

Step 2

Unwrap the brie and cut the white rind off. After this, cut it into strips, then cut the strips into small pieces. (You may only need half of the cheese, but if you want, you can definitely use more.) Divide the brie pieces into each top, then sprinkle some crushed pecans. To finish off, garnish it with some small sprigs of rosemary. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is nice and golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
