Separate the vanilla filling on each Oreo cookie, then finely crush them in a ziplock bag. Once done, add 1/4 cup melted butter, combine them, then transfer to a 15cm springform. Spread and push to the bottom to make the crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. In the meantime, prep the other ingredients. Combine 2 1/2 tsp gelatin and 1/6 cups of water. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Next, add 3/4 cup dark chocolate, 1 1/4 tbsp sugar, and the bloomed gelatin in a double boiler. Stir until the chocolate fully melts.
Once done, stir in 3/4 cup yogurt. Set it aside. In another large mixing bowl, add 1 2/3 cups whipping cream, and whip until smooth and fluffy using a handheld mixer. After this, stir in the melted chocolate mixture. Transfer the mixture to the chilled crust. Smooth out the top nicely, and refrigerate for four hours. After chilling, remove the springform and dust the top with cocoa powder. Slice into serving pieces. Enjoy!
