This cheesy and flavorful meal will surely make you want more than just one serving. It’s a hearty meal that you can easily make with just a few simple steps and prepare within just a few minutes. Learn how now with this video tutorial.
Step 1
Place a large skillet on a stove over medium heat, then add the ground pork and onion, and cook them while stirring occasionally until cooked through. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, dill, and paprika, then give them a good stir, and cook for 30 more seconds.
Step 2
Add the rice, crushed tomatoes, and chicken broth, then cook them for an additional 15 minutes until the liquid has reduced, and turn off the heat. Place a large Dutch oven on a stove over medium-low heat, then heat the olive oil, and add the cabbage. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until softened, then turn off the heat, and set it aside.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then put half of the cabbage on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish greased with nonstick cooking spray, and top it with half of the pork mixture. Repeat the layers with the remaining cabbage and pork mixture, then cover it with an aluminum foil, and put it in the preheated oven.
Step 4
Allow it to bake for about 45 minutes on the middle rack, then remove the foil, sprinkle the cheese all over the top, and put it back in the oven. Let it bake for 15 to 20 more minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned, then garnish it with parsley, and serve. Enjoy!
