In a small mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice, grated garlic, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined then set aside while making the salad.
Peel and thinly slice each cucumbers into rounds. Next, thinly slice the onion. Place them on a large mixing bowl.
Before you serve the salad, pour the sauce over the cucumbers and onion and toss everything to coat. Once the sauce is added, the salad can stay fresh for about 2 to 3 hours if refrigerated. Enjoy!
