Since the weather is getting warmer, it is time to enjoy ice cream! Who doesn’t like ice cream? It is cold, creamy, and delicious. I am an ice cream lover, and I can finish one container easily. That’s how much I love ice cream. One of my favorite flavors is coffee with some chocolate chips. It is the best, especially if you enjoy drinking coffee too.

I had some time over the weekend and was curious if it’s easy to make homemade ice cream. Turns out, it is! Plus, it is inexpensive, too. I made this 3-ingredient coffee ice cream recipe by Mamagician, and it turned out heavenly and just like what I usually buy from the stores. The best thing about this recipe is that it only requires 3 ingredients – heavy cream, condensed milk, and coffee granules. You can also customize it however you like. You can add chocolate chips, cookie crumbles, caramel sauce, or nuts to add more flavor and texture. I also love that I can use my favorite instant coffee and make the flavor stronger for my ice cream.
In a small mixing bowl, add the coffee granules and 2 tablespoons of water or milk. Mix until dissolved.
In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and coffee. Whisk until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, then sprinkle some chocolate chip on top if preferred. Cover it with a plastic wrap or a tight-fitting lid.
Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight until firm.
