Contrary to its name, this Texas trash pie is actually delicious. It has the perfect balance of salty, sweet, and creamy flavors. Plus, it also has a nice crunchy texture, which I absolutely love. The name might not be the best, but it sure does catch your attention. When I first heard about this pie, the first question that came into my mind was, ‘Why would you name it trash’? I was so curious that I instantly gathered the ingredients and made this recipe by Kimberly Stroh at home. I was blown away by how good it tasted!

It is loaded with chocolate chips, pretzels, graham crackers, coconut, pecan, and caramel bits. All of those ingredients are then mixed with melted butter and sweetened condensed milk to make the filling. Add it to a pre-formed pie crust, and it’s ready to bake. I am sure you already have an idea why it has an unusual name – all of your favorites tossed in a pie crust. Making this pie is super easy and won’t take much of your time, so go ahead and try it at home.
