I have already tried several apple bread recipes, but this one might be the best! This version by The Stay At Home Chef is incredibly delicious, easy to make, and only requires a few ingredients. In just 10 minutes of preparation, the bread is ready to go in the oven! How quick is that? No need for proofing as it does contain yeast. To make this recipe at home, you will only need 9 ingredients – applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and apples. Start by preheating your oven to 300F. Next, lightly grease 2 bread loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Get a large mixing bowl, and add the applesauce, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk them all together. Next, add the sugar and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined, then fold in apples.
Divide the batter into the two prepared pans as best as you can.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 90 minutes. If the top of your loaf is getting too brown, just lay a piece of aluminum foil loosely over the top. It will prevent the tops of the loaves from getting too brown.
Once done baking, remove the pans from the oven and let them cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing the loaf from the pan. Transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
