I’ve tried a lot of baked pasta recipes before but this one by Cooking Passion on YouTube is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. It’s so yummy and hearty, it’s loaded with meat, pasta, and cheese, and it also has a little kick of spice which makes everything even better. But, if you’re not a fan of spicy flavors that much, then you can adjust their amount or skip them completely.

White Sauce
Chicken
Step 1
Boil water in a pot, then add the oil and pasta, and cook them for about 10 to 12 minutes or until soft. Drain off all the water, then rinse it with cold water, and set it aside. Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the milk, flour, and butter, and whisk them continuously until thick and creamy. Add the salt, chili flakes, black pepper, mixed herbs, and mozzarella cheese, then give them a good mix, and cook them for 1 minute or until melted, turn off the heat.
Step 2
Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some oil, and saute the crushed cumin seeds. Add the chicken, then continue to stir-fry for 1 minute before adding the chicken masala, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt, and give them a good stir. Cook them until tender, then add the bell peppers, and keep cooking for an additional 2 minutes before setting them aside.
Step 3
Put some white sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, then drizzle some tomato ketchup and sriracha, then sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, and add 1/3 of the chicken on top. Repeat the layers 2 more times, then top them with mixed herbs and chili flakes, and then preheat your oven to 200°C or 392°F for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, place the baking dish in the oven, then let it bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
