Make the green and red jelly according to the package instructions, then refrigerate them until set. In the meantime, cream 1 cup thickened cream, 1/4 cup icing sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Set it aside. Back to the jelly, cut them into large squares, and set aside as well. Now, slice one Swiss roll into pieces, then layer it in your trifle bowl. Pour 60 ml of Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur over the Swiss roll, then add a cup of blackberries.

Next, add 1 cup of raspberries, and 1 cup of strawberries, then pour 8.5 oz vanilla custard. Spread evenly. Once done, add a layer of jelly, then the whipped cream. Add more berries on top to decorate it, then serve. Enjoy!
