For the Filling:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and place your muffin tin in a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Next, in your stand mixer, combine 12 tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature and 1/3 cup light brown sugar. After this, add 1 tbsp of the mixture to your 12-cup muffin pan, then sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped pecans evenly on each cup. Set aside.

Next, lightly flour your working surface, unfold one sheet of the puff pastry, then brush it with 1 tbsp of melted butter. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, and 1/4 cup of white raisins. Start to roll the pastry up snugly, finishing it with the seam side down. Trim both edges, then slice the roll into six equal pieces. Place each of these, spiral side up, into each muffin cup. Repeat these steps to make another roll, and place them in the remaining cups.
Once done, bake the sticky buns in the preheated oven for 3o minutes or until they’re gold or dark brown on top and firm to the touch. After baking, let them cool for five minutes before removing from the pan. Serve and enjoy!
