In a large pan over medium heat, add the ground beef, break it down, and cook until brown. Drain the excess fat, then add the chopped onions, one can of drained mushrooms, minced garlic, then season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, and 2 tbsp tomato paste. Mix well until everything is well combined. After this, pour 3 cups of beef broth, turn up the heat, and bring everything to a gentle simmer. Add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp ground mustard, 1 tsp smoked paprika, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Stir everything.

Now, add the cooked egg noodles and stir them in to incorporate into the sauce. Bring it to a low simmer and cook for ten to twelve minutes (add water as needed.) Once done, turn off the heat, stir in 1/3 cup sour cream, and garnish with some freshly chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
