Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease an 8×8-inch pan with a nonstick cooking spray, and line it with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter, brown sugar, and molasses, then whisk them until combined, add the eggs, and continue to whisk continuously for about 4 minutes or until incorporated. Add the salt and vanilla, then sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg over the egg mixture.

Fold everything until thoroughly combined, then transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan, and spread it evenly. Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. After baking, remove it from the oven, then slice it into bars, and dust it with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
